This study has been carried out to investigate pathogenic factor and medicine of ja-shi(ÀÚ½Ã) by referring to literatures. The results were obtained as follows. 1. In oriental medicine, Chashi(Â÷½Ã), Hamshichang(ÇÔ½Ãâ), Hamshi(ÇÔ½Ã), Jabal(ÀÚ¹ß), Shichang(½Ãâ), Nojaon(·ÎÀÚ¿Â), Hamaon(Çϸ¶¿Â), Jokshiong(Àû½Ã¿Ë), Hamshidok(ÇԻ絶), Tabshijong(ž»çÁ¾), Shijong(½ÃÁ¾) were the other names of ja-shi(ÀÚ½Ã). 2. The pathogenic factors of ja-shi(ÀÚ½Ã) are wind-heat, wetness-heat, Kihyeolungche(±âÇ÷ÀÀü), stomach-heat. wetness, wind wetness, and liking greasy and sweet food. 3. In the internal therapy of ja-shi(ÀÚ½Ã), Bojesodokum(ÜÅðá¼Ô¸ëæ), Sasunchunglyangum(ÞÌâ÷ôèÕØëæ), Takljsodoksan(öõ×êá¼Ô¸ß¤), Shihogalguntang(ãÃû×ÊçÐÆ÷·), Sungsohwan(á¥á¼ü¯), Gamisodokum(Ê¥Ú«á¼Ô¸ëæ) and etc. were used. And Radix glycyrrhizae(Êöõ®), Fructus forsythiae(ææÎî), Radix angelicae gogantis(Ó×Ïý), Radix scutellariae(Ȳ±â), Radix bupleuri(ãÃû×), Radix p]atycodi(ÑÐÌÛ), Radix Ledebounellae(ÛÁù¦), Frustus arctii(éÚÛ¼í), Rhizoma cimicifugae(ã®Ø«) and ete. were used as medicine. 4. In the external therapy of ja-shi(ÀÚ½Ã), Youigumhwangsan(åýëòÐÝüÜߤ), Okiogo(è¬ÖÚÍÇ), Igumsan(ì£ÐÝߤ), Gumhwangsan(ÐÝüÜÍÇ), Nungo(ÒìÍÇ) and etc. were used. And Radix angelicae dahuricae(ÛÜòº), Cortex phellodendri(üÜÛÛ), Rhizoma rhei(ÓÞüÜ), Indigo maturalis(ôìÓê), Radix glycyrrhizae(Êöõ®) and etc. were used as medicine.
